The Webber Warriors will play a 10-game season. Five of those games will be played at their home field, Legion Field in Lake Wales, including back-to-back home games to close their season. The Warriors kickoff their season on the road, where they will meet fellow NAIA opponent, University of Virginia-Wise, on September 3. The following week, on September 10, they will take on Shorter College (GA) for a tough home- opener.  More information on Webber Football can be found on their official website. September 3 – at Virginia Wise 6 p.m.

September 10 – vs. Shorter College 1:30 p.m.

September 24 – at Souther Oregon 1 p.m.

October 1 – at Azusa Pacific University 6 p.m.

October 8 – vs. Menlo College 1 p.m.

October 15 – vs. Edward Waters College 5 p.m.

October 22 – at Huntingdon College 1 p.m.

October 29 – at Ave Maria 4 p.m.

November 5 – vs. Southern Virginia 3 p.m.

Webber International University, Polk County’s only college football program, certainly is as they have released their 2010 football schedule. Webber, who is a part of the Sun Conference in NAIA, will play an 11-game schedule for the first time in four years. The schedule includes five home games at Legion Field in Lake Wales and also back-to-back trips to Virginia to end the season. Their season kicks off at home on August 28 against the University of Virginia-Wise. For more information on Webber Football, check out their official website.
