			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><a href="http://www.uscdka.com/index.html">Chung Do Kwan</a> is a unique method of teaching <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/TaeKwonDo">TaeKwonDo</a> to a group of students rather than “one on one” instruction.  Today, this style is one of Korea &#8217;s strongest TaeKwonDo training systems and makes its appearance in Central Florida for the annual national championships.</p>
<p>Join Chung Do Kwan competitors as they participate in the <a href="http://www.uscdka.com/tournaments.html">USCDKA Nationals</a>, July 8-10, 2010 at the Lake Eva Civic Center, 305 Ledwith Ave, Haines City FL 33884.  Special events will feature: Forms or Keibons, Point Sparring or One-Step Sparring, CHUNG-DO Xtreme: Bo, Kamas, Open Hand, and Nunchukus.  Non-sanctioned events include: continuous Sparring for advance and black belts, demo team</p>
<p>The event schedule for spectators begins on Friday, July 9th at 8 a.m. with the weigh in, and check-in for competitors.  Opening ceremony begins at 9 a.m. with the competition beginning at 10:30 a.m.  Competition continues on Saturday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and ends with the Night of Champions, featuring the top competitors from the Nationals, competition for Grand Championship Trophies and Demonstration Team Competition.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Florida’s Sunshine State Games annual Summer Games competitions return to Polk County this weekend for the fourth consecutive year as the Polk County Festival kicks off Saturday morning with eight sports in action.</p>
<p>The Lakeland Center plays host to five sports with Fencing, Judo, Karate, Taekwondo and Weightlifting on Saturday and Sunday.  Saturday will be a big day within the confines of the Lakeland Center as a total of 859 athletes are currently registered for the five sports. </p>
<p>Also taking place is Baseball at the Lake Myrtle Sports Complex in Auburndale, Table Tennis at the Simpson Park Community Center in Lakeland and Wrestling at Polk State College in Winter Haven. </p>
<p>All Florida’s Sunshine State Games events have no admission charge and the public is encouraged to attend with the chance to see Florida’s future stars of the amateur and professional sports world.</p>
