Dates: 10/28 – 10/30
Venue: Shores of Lake Wales, Depot Museum, CSX Historic Corridor
-Pioneer Days is a festival that celebrates the founding of Lake Wales and its Pioneers.
-Activities include crafters, demonstrators, re-enactors, an Antique Car Parade, a free architectural carriage tour, entertainment and much more. The Pioneer of the Year will be announced Saturday Oct 29 at 10am during Pioneer Hour. A tribute to all Lake Wales Pioneers will also be included. There will be rides and children activities as well as food and other exhibitors. The depot museum will feature a quilt display and there will be a special reception Friday night the 28th as well as Saturday afternoon. Other historic buildings on the CSX Historic Corridor will be open to the public as well.
