Dave Stedje, the organizer of the event, was very complimentary of the event and the venue.

We had over 375 riders for the State Championships and it just keeps growing every year. Everyone loves the venue and the city. We also had quite a few spectators come out and watch throughout the weekend.

YMCA Corporate Cup 5K- Saturday, May 17 @ 8:00 AM, Lake Hollingsworth

Check out teams of four from around Polk County competing to win the Corporate Cup.

Florida State Criterium Championships- Sunday, May 18 7:30 AM – about 4:00 PM, Downtown Lakeland

Cyclists from all around Florida will be competing for the Criterium State Championship.  If you have never seen this event before it is really cool to see the cyclists flying around the streets of Downtown Lakeland.
