His first win came at the Greater Hickory Classic in 2006. Bean now has 13 career PGA victories. The win also vaulted him up to 17th (from 42nd) in the Charles Schwab Cup Standings for the Champions Tour.

Not only is he a great golfer, but Bean continues to give back to the community each year with his Barkley, Bean, Bryant & Friends event that benefits the First Tee of Lakeland. You can also catch him in the Official Polk County Golf Guide as he provides a welcome letter explaining why he loves golf in Polk County.

So, congratulations to a great guy on a much deserved win.
