Youth Fishing Tournament

 Saturday, June 8
Venue: Colt Creek State Park, Lakeland
– Kids ages 6 to 15 will be able to cast out their poles for a chance to win a new fishing pole and tackle in Colt Creek State Parks’ first annual kids fishing tournament held in celebration of National Get Outdoors Day.

Florida ISA Best of the Best

Venue: Bartow “555” Softball Complex
Florida Independent Softball Association (Florida ISA) presents Best of the Best, a softball qualifying tournament that is expected to have more than 900 participants to Polk County.

Florida ISA Summer Madness State Tune Up
Date:
Saturday, June 8 – Sunday, June 9
Venue: Loyce Harpe Park, Mulberry
Florida Independent Softball Association presents the Summer Madness State Tune Up, a softball qualifying tournament that is expected to bring more than 250 spectators to Polk County.

Florida USBC Youth State Bowling Championships
Date: Saturday, June 8Sunday, June 9
Venue:
AMF Lakeland Lanes; Cypress Lanes Family Fun Center, Winter Haven
– The Annual Florida USBC Youth State Bowling Championships are coming back to Polk County, and kids from around the state of Florida will be descending upon Winter Haven and Lakeland to participate in this youth bowling championship.
– Each weekend will feature different age groups vying for the title of State Champion.

FYSA Olympic Development Program

Saturday, June 8 – Sunday, June 9
Venue:
Lake Myrtle Sports Park, Auburndale
– The Olympic Development Program (ODP) is an essential program inside of Florida Youth Soccer Association that is designed to identify national team players early at the youth level and to provide development opportunities for these potential national team players.
