What’s Happening in Polk County Sports

FYSA Youth Premier League
Dates: Saturday, September 29–Sunday, September 30
Venue: Lake Myrtle Sports Park–Auburndale
-This fall, some of the best youth soccer teams from across the southeast United States will compete in these elite events.
-Girls U15-U18

Publix Information Systems 5k Race & Walk
Dates: Saturday, September 29
Venue: Ft. Fraser Trail (race begins at PSC/USF trailhead)–Lakeland
-Race/walk is open to all Information System associates and their families and friends.
-Awards will be given to the top three male and top three female finishers.

NSA Adult Tournament
Dates: Saturday, September 29–Sunday, September 30
Venue: Auburndale Softball Complex
-This adult softball tournament is expected to bring in over 25 adult teams to the Polk County area.

Walk for the Poor
Date: Saturday, September 29
Venue: Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. park gazebo–Winter Haven
-The St. Vincent de Paul Society will again hold the Walk for the Poor around Lake Silver in Winter Haven.
