The Flying Tigers Return Home to the Battle Marauders

The Lakeland Flying Tigers return home for a seven-game series beginning Monday, July 30 at Joker Marchant Stadium.  Lakeland will host the Bradenton Marauders July 30 – August 2 and the Clearwater Threshers August 3-5.

Tuesday, July 31 vs. Bradenton Marauders

All-You-Can-Eat Night
·        Wednesday is All-You-Can-Eat Night sponsored by Natalie’s Sports Bar & Grill.  Tickets are just $10 and includes admission to the game and all-you-can-eat hamburgers, hot dogs, sausages, Little Caesars pizza, peanuts, popcorn, pretzels and chips as well as food from Natalie’s from 5:30-8:30 p.m. or while supplies last.

Thursday, August 2 vs. Bradenton Marauders

2-1 Beer Night
·        Fans can enjoy 2 for 1 draft beer and $1 soda every Thursday home game.  Beer sales will begin at 5:30 p.m. and end at the conclusion of the 7th inning.

Golf Appreciation Night
·        Attention all golf enthusiasts, come join the Lakeland Flying Tigers and the First Tee of Lakeland for the first ever Golf Night Under the Lights.  Meet local Polk County golf courses and golf pros as they showcase their skills with an on-field pre game competition.  There will be give-a-ways, raffle prizes and on field golf related promotions.

Fireworks Extravaganza following the game.
·        Spectacular Fireworks show following the game (weather permitting).  This will be the only show during the month of August.

Dixie Youth World Series Opening Ceremonies
·        The Flying Tigers will be hosting the opening ceremonies for the 2012 Dixie Youth World Series.  Bartow Dixie Baseball is hosting the tournament that runs August 4-9.  For more information, please visit.

·        Tattoo and balloon artists from Twisted Artz will be in the main concourse beginning at 4:30 p.m.

Back to School Bash
·        The Flying Tigers will be giving away school kits to the first 500 kids ages 14 and under.  The kits will include a pencil, ruler, eraser and pencil sharpener.  Additionally, the first 200 kids will receive a Detroit Tigers Paws lunch bag.  Fans will also have a chance to win school supplies and prizes throughout the game.

Social Media Saturday
·        Friends and followers of the Flying Tigers will receive exclusive offers during the game.

Subway Kids Club Autograph Session
·        Special pre-game autograph session for Subway Kids Club members beginning at 4:30 p.m.

·        Humana will be presenting a check to the ALS Association.  Humana is donating $10 for every homerun the Flying Tigers hit at Joker Marchant Stadium this season

Sunday, August 5 vs. Clearwater Threshers
1:00 p.m. (Gates open at 12:00 p.m.)

Kids Day
·        All kids 14 and under will receive free admission to the game.
·        Kids can play catch on the field beginning at noon.
·        Kids can also run the bases just like the Flying Tigers following the game.
·        All fans will receive a voucher for a free sundae, compliments of Dairy Queen – North Lakeland.

Box seats are $6, reserved seats are $5 and seniors 55 and over and children 14 and under receive a $1 discount.  Saturday tickets are an additional $1.  Wednesday All-You-Can-Eat tickets are $10.  Parking is FREE.
