Chung Do Kwan National Championships Arrive in Central Florida

Chung Do Kwan is a unique method of teaching TaeKwonDo to a group of students rather than “one on one” instruction.  Today, this style is one of Korea ‘s strongest TaeKwonDo training systems and makes its appearance in Central Florida for the annual national championships.

Join Chung Do Kwan competitors as they participate in the USCDKA Nationals, July 8-10, 2010 at the Lake Eva Civic Center, 305 Ledwith Ave, Haines City FL 33884.  Special events will feature: Forms or Keibons, Point Sparring or One-Step Sparring, CHUNG-DO Xtreme: Bo, Kamas, Open Hand, and Nunchukus.  Non-sanctioned events include: continuous Sparring for advance and black belts, demo team

The event schedule for spectators begins on Friday, July 9th at 8 a.m. with the weigh in, and check-in for competitors.  Opening ceremony begins at 9 a.m. with the competition beginning at 10:30 a.m.  Competition continues on Saturday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and ends with the Night of Champions, featuring the top competitors from the Nationals, competition for Grand Championship Trophies and Demonstration Team Competition.
