After taking a week off for the Thanksgiving holiday, the events keep on coming this week in Polk County.

Independent Softball Association (ISA) Youth Softball “Toys for Tots”
Dates:
12/5 – 12/6
Venue: Diamondplex softball complex – 900 Polk Community College Rd, Winter Haven, FL, 555 softball complex – CR 555, Bartow, FL  33830
- “Toys for Tots” is a program that gives Christmas gifts back to children in need during the holiday season. This tournament produces hundreds of gifts for kids in need. Each team that signs up for this tournament will give a gift towards the Toys for Tots program. This youth softball tournament will bring teams from through out Florida.

Florida Youth Soccer Association (FYSA) Olympic Development Training
Dates:
12/6
Venue: Lake Myrtle Sports Complex
- FYSA will be hosting ODP training for 100 elite youth soccer players

Florida Half Century Softball 60s State Tournament
Dates: 12/6 – 12/7
Venue:Auburndale Softball Complex, Southwest Softball Complex, Lakeland
- Florida Half Century will bring 50 teams and their families to Polk County for this two day over 60 year old state tournament event.
