Detroit Tigers 2008 #1 Draft Pick Ryan Perry to Join Flying Tigers Today

The Detroit Tigers 2008 first round draft pick (21st overall), Ryan Perry, will join the Flying Tigers in time for tonight’s game against the Tampa Yankees at 7:00 p.m.
Since joining the organization, Perry has appeared in two games for the Gulf Coast League Tigers. In two innings, Perry has a 0-0 record with four strikeouts. He has yet to give up a hit, run, or walk. At the University of Arizona in 2008, Perry appeared in 31 games and compiled a 6-3 record with a 2.89 ERA, one save, and 72 strikeouts.
The Flying Tigers next home game is tonight against the Tampa Yankees. Tonight is a 2 for 1 Ticket Monday courtesy of The Ledger. To receive the discount, fans should present the correct coupon from today’s edition (7/28) of The Ledger at the Joker Marchant Stadium Box Office. Gates for this evening’s game open at 6:00 p.m.
Tickets are $6 for box seats or $5 for reserved seats. All seniors (55 and over) and children (14 and under) receive a $1 discount. Parking is free.
